Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The minimum order quantity for each product is 60 pieces. Orders below the specified minimum quantity may not be accepted or processed.

2. GST (Goods and Services Tax)

An 18% GST will be applicable on all product categories as per the prevailing Indian government regulations. The applicable GST amount will be added to the final invoice value.

3. Material Dispatch & Transportation

  • All orders will be dispatched through a transport service selected by the company.

  • Transportation, freight, loading, unloading, and any related charges shall be borne by the buyer/customer.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and transport service provider.

4. Payment Terms

  • An advance payment of 30% of the total order value is required to confirm and process the order.

  • The remaining 70% balance payment must be cleared immediately after the booking slip (LR Copy) is shared with the buyer and before the delivery process is completed.

  • Dispatch of goods will be initiated only after the receipt of the required advance payment.

5. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Changes to Terms

The company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
